When you book a session, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your children's ages. We only collect information necessary to manage your booking.

How We Use Your Information

• To manage and confirm your photography session booking
• To send confirmation and reminder emails about your session
• To process payment through Stripe
• To deliver your photos and video after the session

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate our business:

• Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe handles your payment information directly and is PCI compliant. We never see or store your full card number.
• Resend for email delivery (booking confirmations and reminders).
• Cloudflare for website hosting and performance.

Cookies and Analytics

We do not use tracking cookies. Our website analytics are powered by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is completely cookieless and does not track individual visitors. No personal data is collected through analytics.

Data Retention

Booking data (your name, email, phone, and session details) is kept for 1 year for business records, then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights (CCPA)

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Know what data we collect and how it is used

Children's Privacy

We photograph children as part of our Mommy & Me sessions, always with parental consent and involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental involvement. A parent or guardian is present during every session and is the contracting party for all bookings.

Photography and Model Release

By booking a session, you agree that photos from your session may be used for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes per the terms of the signed contract. If you prefer your photos not be used publicly, please let us know before your session.
